To effect incorporation our own nominees will act as first director for incorporation purposes only. Forms for appointing new officers will be forwarded to you for your signature and return (minimum requirement is 1 director).
It is now optional for private companies to have a company secretary.
Once the company is incorporated and we have received from you the signed forms we will dispatch to you the following:

1. Certificate of Incorporation

2. 2 printed copies of the Memorandum & Articles of Association

3. Stock Transfer form

4. Minutes of First Meeting

5. Combined Register with blank share certificates
