Working Tax Credit Calculations

Certain Rules have increased the maximum annual income which is used for working tax credit to determine eligibility for exemption from court fees. 
 
We have therefore amended the notes which accompany this form and have also taken the opportunity to update EX 160. 
 
The relevant Statutory Instrument will not come into force until 6th April 2005. 
 
PRACTITIONERS MAY PREFER TO USE THE AMENDED FORM AND NOTES FROM 6TH APRIL RATHER THAN RISK COMPLETING EX160 INACCURATELY. THE AMENDED FORM AND NOTES WILL BE AVAILABLE IN EARLY APRIL.
