New Companies Act 2006 Forms

Companies House has reviewed all the forms which it produces in accordance with the final part of the COmpanies Act 2006 which will come into force on 1st October. 
 
Oyez's own Memorandum and Articles of Association forms, Companies 1A, 2 and 3C have been replaced by new editions of these forms to comply with the provisions of the 2006 Act. 
 
Companies 1B is obsolete and replaced by the 2009 edition of Companies 1A. 
 
Only new versions of the forms should be used after 1st October 2009, when the Statutory Instrument comes into force.
