What you get

To effect incorporation our own nominees will act as first officers (for incorporation purposes only). Forms 288a (appointment of new director(s)) will be forwarded to you for your signature and return. There is no extra charge for this.

Your company will be incorporated with the objects of a 'General Commercial Company'. If you require a more specific clause please contact us as this requires special drafting and will attract an extra charge.
